I used to love going to this store because of their wide selection of haircare supplies etc. But the last time I was there the owners little brother Hatem was very rude. I basically had to yell at him to get his attention because he was on the phone the whole time after we waited on me. He is very impolite and rude and I will not be returning!
I have been coming to this location since they opened and I will say I love ❤️ the store customer service is awesome Especially the guy AHMED He is awesome very Polite, always helpful and very patient Because I always come in the store undecided when it comes to the hair lol but he always helpful . Thanks Ahmed you're the best hands down . He is the reason I keep coming if he would leave tomorrow me and my family would stop coming I promise you that one thanks again much love ❤️
I needed some hair care products that I could not find in my local Sally's. So I’d thought I’d give them a try, boy was I wrong! I proceeded to wait for him to acknowledge us for at least 3 minutes, still no acknowledgment. Another associate came up and waited on us. I told the other associate that he could have at least acknowledge us, he just looked me right in the eye and didn’t say anything. Yes, that was my last time shopping there and they will not get another penny from me. They are pretty rude and they just want our money.
I will never shop here again. They are selling defect mini bushes with the paint peeling and attaching to the fingers & hand like paint/polish. I have never seen this before in my life on a brush (not one but all the mini brushes in the bin). I told the guy that I wanted my dollar back and he told me I needed my receipt and give a whole attitude (both men), A DOLLAR !!!!!!!. Eventually I did get my money bc of the principal but I will NEVER buy anything from their overpriced store.
